I read the offer in my email and even though it was too good to be true I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. I realized this about ten minutes after ward. There is no magic list of rebates to process right away. Only a bunch of downloadable trainings.

However, there is hope. For those of you who don't have contact info. I have two numbers. Call 1-800-785-8042 or 1-800-885-8126 and email customerservice@penbrookproductions.com or info@penbrookproductions.com
I emailed and called all day today and yesterday and finally got a reply that the trasaction was voided and would not post to my account.

Fight back, call and email until they can't take it anymore.
