Angelz Appliances Chris HarperJen Harper Sold me faulty dryer with 30-day warranty and did not uphold warranty Southaven Mississippi

Chris Harper of Angelz Appliances sold me a set of washer and dryers with a guarantee of a 30 day warranty. We found them through a Craig's list ad and chose them since they had a 30 day warranty. After using their dryer and verifying that the dryer does not dry a small load of laundry with high heat for one hour, I called Chris who answered my first call and asked me to check the exhaust on the dryer to make sure it's clear.

I do this and everything looks clear and call him back. He asks where I am located and when I give my location he says that it's a bit far but to text him my address to see when he can make it out. He has since avoided my calls. I have been calling him almost everyday for a month and left countless voicemails. I have not once been rude or yelled - just a usual "this is xxxx my number is xxxx please come fix this dryer."

On one occasion, Chris answered (I assume accidentally) since he said "uh, Chris is in the bathroom can I take a message?" I said that I would wait until he was finished. He said "Let me go check how long it will take" and then promptly hung up on me. He then did not pick up the phone after I called back 3 times. 

Buyer beware - Chris lacks the integrity to make good on his promises.
