This so called company that the guy that I was doing business wih for a delivery of a puppy got the information and money from the guy I was doing business with processed the paper and sent to my email the document of change of ownership to me and then called me to comfirm that i had received the email and what the next steps was. i followed the instructions and sent it back. The next thing I knew was that i had gotten another email stating that the shipping company would not be able to send the puppy that I had paid for in the crate that the previous owner had her in and that the weather condition may be dangerous and that i needed to purchase the refundable insurance for a special electonic air condition crate which would cost $922.00 and once the puppy would be delivered to me that 95% ($874.00) would be given back ad only $46.00 would be kept for the rental of the crate. well i refused to pay that and reached out to the previous owner and advised that he starightened it out. Well the previous owner came to a resolution that he had $550.00 towards the $922.00 crate. we made an agreement that because he was charging $650.00 for the puppy I could pay $300.00 now and pay the rest ($350.00) later after i have received the puppy that if i could send that to the shipping company or to him i would have then paid in full the cost of the puppy and he would take $372.00 which is a little bit more then the remainder amount that I owed because it was the remainder amount from what he had towards the crate that he would have been paid in full and he would submit what i was to give him($372.00) along with the ($550.00) that he had for the crate. He advised for me to call the shipping company to let them know that he would be making the payment. I did so and asked the shipping company if there was going to be any other charges and i was told no.

Issue number 1. i was threatend that if i didnt get the money for the rate within the next 24 hours that they would turn the puppy over to the authorities because i signed the document for the change of ownership the puppy was now legally mines. Issue # 2 after the previous owner and i came up with a solution and the shipping company got the money for the crate. I got an email from the shipping company with the puppy flight info but no tracking number was on the flight  intinerary and the puppy was supposed to be delivered to me today 6/12/17 at 10:08 am at my local airport. Isssue # 3 I then get an email on the same delivery day that the puppy is being held in Dallas which is where the puppy was coming from. Issue #4 the company knew this and should have contacted the day that the puppy was scheduled to depart from Dalls instead I was notified the next day which was supposed to be deliver day. When the shipping company called me on the delivery day they informed me that the puppy did in fact departed from Dallas and was actually being held in Washington and that Issue #5 i needed to provide to them the import/export license or if i did not have one then i could purchase a temporary one for $500.00 another lie was told. I stated that the puppy was being shipped from within the USA and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Washington airport authorities and the airline as well as travelocity to see if this was true about the license and was told just what i thought that if it was wthin the USA that no import/export license was needed. The shipping company tried to that i do need it just to get money from me and that the pyuppy was infact at the Washington airport and that was a lie and now i have paid the previous owner and I dont have the puppy because of the shipping company. There is a whole lot more to this story and all I'm trying to do is either get the puppy that I paid for or get my money back and if I have to go the legal route then I want to be compenstated for wages loss and money lost as well as pain and suffering because this was supposed to be a family dog as I am a single  parent and have informed my children of the puppy and showed pictures of her.
