As a former employee I know all of the ins and outs of this establishment. But what I find is inappropriate and illegal is the way the staff is treated. They will be scheduled 12 plus hours with no possibility to take breaks. The new office manager preaches that everyone is entitled to a break but more often than not nobody is there to cover for breaks.

Also having been there more than a year I was elligible for holiday pay. Got it for thanksgiving and christmas but because my notice was put in the week I should have gotten paid for new years my pay was docked.  And my final check was docked yet again for CE that I was told was mandatory and that because dr. Eaton paid for it we didnt get to clock in for the class. So i didnt get paid for going to the class that was mandatory and then I had to pay for the class itself. So essentially I paid Dr. Eaton to take CE.

Not to mention when I went to get my employee fil eto see if there was anything about paying her back for CE nobody could give it to me... I will be making a trip again tomorrow to see my employee file and if its not given to me I will be consulting a lawyer. Without prior written consent it is ILLEGAL to deduct from somebodies final paycheck. Dr. Eaton has been told before that this is illegal yet she did it yet again. As an employer she will screw you over at every possible opportunity.
