animeharu SCAM, NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS PURCHASED, NO CONTACT INFORMATION, FALSE ADVERTISING Internet

Paid over $30 for two sets of DVDs which I never received. There is no phone number to call and emails will never be responded to, if by chance there is a response, there is a generic message that they will look into the issues you addressed. I only received three messages in total: one to let me know the order was received, after about a week another email letting me know the order would be ready for shipping within the next 2-3 business days and the third email was in response to my numerous emails on what the status of the shipment was (they will look into it). I had ordered these DVDs as a Christmas gift in 2012 and as of March 2013 have not received anything. It is a shame I did not research this company before purchasing from them since this company is clearly scamming people. Buyers please beware.
