Anita Bolsoni, Tranquility Alley Anita Bolsoni / Tranquility Alley Maser Ripoff Artist Lombard,Illinois

I attemped to purchase a My Flat in London Argyle Canvas Duffle-Pocket Watch handbag from Tranquility Alley for my wife's birthday via their website on April 9th. I paid with visa a total of $471.00 and at first there were no issues and then about a day later the problems began.

Since I paid by credit card I soon received an e-mail that their google pay account was having problems and they would not be able to process the card. I tried a few of the phone numbers many which were old or disconnected but finally reached Anita on her cell phone. She was very appologetic and said due to their recent move and website changes that they were experiencing numerous issues (which I've since learned is bunch of crap), and suggested that I could send a check or money order.

My wife had purchased from her a few years back and had no issues so I felt pretty confident that she was being truthful so I fedexed her a check and followed up with an e-mail stating that I need the bag expressed out since it was for my wife's birthday the next week. She sent an e-mail confirming that it would not be an issue.

Needless to say the bag never showed up, when I called the few numbers that actually worked I got no response, so I sent an e-mail to her live on-line customer service and the next day got a response stating that they had to wait for the check to clear, which it just so happened cleared that day, and the bag would be sent out immediately. It is now April 29th and I have received no further response to numerous e-mails and attempts to contact Anita and judging by the research I've now done, unfortunatley after the fact, I don't forsee resolution without taking legal or other action.

Obviously Tranquility Alley /Anita Bolsoni is a fraud and ripoff artist and hopefully she will soon get a taste of her own medicine!
