Anita Castillo Family Day Care Home Beware of Safety Violations and Numerous Citations of Owner Anita Castillo Woodland California

I had initially enrolled my 6 month old child on an as needed basis with the daycare. As my child grew into a 2 yr old he began attending twice a week then as a 3 year old three times a week. That's when the many problems began. He started having numerous injuries during his stay there. There were scratches, bruises and unexplained injuries which I later found out were inflicted by an out of control combative child who was tormenting and hitting other children daily. I mentioned to Anita that maybe that child should be evaluated as it clearly was an issue with most of the kids. My concerns were to no avail, the child is still there. I was forced to take my child out for his  safety after witnessing numerous attacks. I gave my two week notice and I requested a refund of my monthly fee. That was months ago and Anita refuses to take my calls after previously telling me weeks prior she would mail a check in full. I checked the state license website and she has 7 citations affecting health and safety of the children.
