I signed up for a free trial of garcinia Cambogia that only required paying for shipping. At checkout they put raspberry ketone in my cart without my consent. The payment went through though. I contacted the company using the 800 number that came with the shipment of the supplements since I was unable to find a contact number or email online. The number went straight to voicemail. This voicemail was unprofessional and not set up. However I left a message.

I never heard back. Then my account was charged for $80 a few weeks later. This over drafted my account $150 in charges. I called again at least 5-6 times, leaving more voicemails. Finally I found a website that was a "non live" version of the ANK brand. The logo looked the same so I used that contact email. They got back to me 2 days later saying that the trial was for 14 days, and the shipment sent me 30 days worth.

So I had to pay the remaining days. In the ad it said free trial, no talk of # of days. I argued and got placed on hold for over an hour and talked with 2 different people. They ended up giving me $10 credit to my account. Mind you this didn't even cover the initial shipping. They at least owe me for the $80 they charged without consent. However if they are reported as being fraudulent and irresponsibly misleading in their advertising and get in serious trouble, that would be satisfactory.
