This company has many names, Motion Pictures, Annapolis Modeling Agency, BizKids, Annapolis Talent Agency are all just a few. They go from city to city in the state of Maryland falsely advertising.
They contacted my underaged daughter for more monies and tried to force her into a photo shooting WITHOUT MY PARENTAL CONSENT! Even though she told them she was underaged and that they had the wrong cell number, they continued to call and harass her.
They then went into my checking account and illegally took $500 WITHOUT MY CONSENTING SIGNATURE! I had already paid them $600 up front, which they denied I had paid until I showed my receipts. Luckily my bank BOA reimbursed me my monies.
The $600 fees I paid they claimed it covered comp cards, photo shooting of 5 outfits, make up and hair and posting of 1 photo of my daughter on their website. LIARS!!! They came back and denied it ALL even though I had proof that they had said it because my daughter I told them would do her own hair and makeup!
When I informed them of their wrongful doings, their booking agent apologized and promised to give my daughter a setting with Vivika Fox on some movie show. They LIED again, because they didn't do it! Nor did they contact me regarding!
They now have sent my name to a collection agency claiming that I owe them $500. That too is a lie!!! I have tried reaching them all throughout the daily hours. I have even left message after message who I am and my regards for calling - no call return to date from the proper people.
When I did get ONE call return, it was the booking agent who pretended that he didn't know me. Then when I reminded him again, he talked very abruptly to me and threatened me not to call his number ever again "... because it isn't business related." But, I was calling for their misrepresentation of their business and wrongful business actions against me and my child.

I also heard this company states that they have represented Trey Smith, son of Will Smith. Whether or not that is in fact true, I do not know but I think it may be worth looking into considering they have lied about other things.
