After what seemed to be a good interview, my boyfriend accepted a job at annex marketing. His "second interview" was running around all day in the field making money for the company. Of course they called it an "interview" so they didn't have to pay him. They filled his head with promises of moving up to become a leader, then manager and then they would give him 10k to open his own company. HA! It all seemed like a scam to me. HE WENT OVER 3 weeks WITHOUT getting paid... and then his first paycheck was $116 DOLLARS!!!! .. the next paycheck same thing and the third THIS ONE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD BECAUSE HE WENT ON A BUSINESS TRIP (they encourage employees to go on business trips to get promoted quicker and make more money) (HE SLEPT ON THE FLOOR!! BECAUSE THEY PUT 4 GUYS IN 1 HOTEL ROOM) he paid for the gas to get down there (ft. myers) and back (tampa area) and the gas to drive around there the whole time and his paycheck was about $250!!! yea, good money alright. I need to tell you that he exceeded all sales goals, made "leader" quickly and still gets paid $116 for the week??? HE SPENT MORE THAN THAT IN GAS AND FOOD ON THE FIELD!! SO BASICALLY HE PAID THEM TO WORK THERE!!!! PLEASE hear this warning and DO NOT EVER  accept a position at ANNEX MARKETING. It is a total scam. Who can live off $100 dollars a week?? ESPECIALLY AFTER WORKING 10 hour days!!! He would leave at 7 am and not come home till after 7 pm. They have "meetings" all morning then you go in the field till 5 and have to stay at the office till 6:30.. yes all that driving around and YOU pay for the gas. They totally mess with you psycologically so you think that if you do this you will make money AND YOU NEVER DO but by the time you realize their scam.. you have already put thousands in their pocket and NONE in yours since you just break even or are negative considering the amount of gas you use and wear and tear on your own car. NO per diems on the business trips, no travel reimbursment, just one hotel room for 4 guys and if you are lucky a $250 paycheck for the week. What a joke. Consider yourseft warned!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES AND DO NOT WORK FOR ANNEX MARKETING. Besides you have to think something is wrong when they have to walk you to your car after every day to make sure other people don't talk to you about what really goes on and how everything they say is a lie.
