Announce Mobile, Inc. Fraud, Bad Check Baltimore Maryland

Jeff Mould, CEO and President of Announce Mobile, Inc. (AnnounceIT platform), is a con artist who signed a massive contract with my Public Relations agency in April of 2007 while he was running the company in Lakeland, FL, then subsequently bounced a check to us, disappeared for a year, re-emerged in Baltimore, MD, signed a settlement agreement with us this past Fall of 2008, only to not honor it and disappear again.

Upon an investigation, it appears Jeff Mould has been running variations of his Announce Mobile racket since 2005.

Currently, Jeff is "operating" within the Emerging Technology Centers (ETC) in Baltimore, MD. http://www.etcbaltimore.com/. Jeff cites Neil Davis of ETC as his advocate and Announce Mobile board member. Other Announce Mobile board members as listed on the Announce Mobile site include: Joe Walsh of SquareLoop, Charles Ritchey of DeNovo Healthcare Services, Mark McEneaney of First Service Networks.

Jeff is known for forming partnerships with various vendors in efforts to push his non-existent AnnounceIT platform, only to go into hiding once his fraudulent activity is exposed. He tends to frequent mobile industry association events to find new victims. Some of these include CTIA, MMA, IAB, MEF, OMMA, Mobile Mondays, iHollywood, TechCrunch.
