I wanted to get my free annual credit reports here because of inaccurate information in them. They gave me one. Another was not available at the time. When I followed their instructions to return to the list of bureaus to obtain the second one they told me I had already gotten it, which I didn't.

I recently returned after a couple of months to get another report from one of the other two I had not obtained. They now tell me I received all three the first time.

I wrote them an email from their website with no response.

Below is their 'About Us' section. They apparently say one thing and do another.

AnnualCreditReport.com is a centralized service for consumers to request free annual credit reports. It was created by the three nationwide consumer credit reporting companies - Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
