Mark Sugarman is still at it. He has Neil Berlinsky aka "Dan Butler" working for him still. Also Larry Buzil. The new business names are Appointments New Business and Open Door Appointments. It's all the same scheme.

He got me in 2012 when he was Mark Solomon with Hot Annuity Solutions and his samesman was Matthew Favacho. Reach out to me please! I have some things in the works but need some help. Please text first and I will call back. 702-381-4891. 

This rebuttal makes the point that all is lies upon lies, he got other people to use their names behind all follow-up "companies", but he handled ALL the money and ran the "companies" and is still doing to this day!  He has lost numerous court cases, but NEVER fully paid back. He operates out of his residences.

Mark even cheated numerous employees out of their pay. Oh yeah it was never his "girlfriend" who filed any of these complaints, they are all real including the intiial one as he uses many many different names, but the scam/con is always the same

Mark Sugarman is a Fraud liar. I called him, He ripped me off as Mark Lain, I saw that this sounds the same that happen to me. it was HIM when I called him,. He basically told me to sue him and Trust me, I will do everything in my power to make sure he is in jail forever. I hate that we can respond to come together to do class action. It is a real shame. I almost fell for a slick sales pitch by phone with these guys. Insurance is a small part of my company and I googled my way onto their website looking for ways to increase my annuity income. I called the number and spoke to a man named Mark who had a thick New York accent (nothing wrong with a NY accent by the way,).

He put me through this high pressure sales pitch and then asked for my credit card number. I told him I had to consult with my parter and he said he could only give me this offer if I called him back by 5:00 that day. My partner did not come in that day as expected (illness) so I called Mark back and told him I understood that he could not offer me the same deal but would still be interested when I had the chance to speak to my partner. He barked out "thanks" and hung up on me. He called back the next week offering the same deal and asking if I had spoken to my partner.

I said yes and we had researched "Annuity Consults" and would not be using his service. He hung up on me. I saw him on my caller ID a few weeks later but did not answer. he did not leave a message and I haven't heard from them since.

These people are ripping off a lot of insurance agents. Most of these agents are desperate agents living hand to mouth willing to put up $1600 or more because they are willing to believe this garbage out of desperation. This is no better than many of the scams aimed at seniors and poor people. Promise them the world, take their money and vanish.

I sincerely hope those that have been ripped off take these guys to the cleaners. And to the poor girl above who was obviously intimidated into retracting her statements; get as far away from this thug as possible. Mark you are a real tough guy. I can't say I am surprised to see you threaten a woman, just a bit saddened by it.

I am the CEO of a large nationally recognized company that utilizes insurance products to help our clients. Robbie Goldsmith,Goldstein, (pick an alias) and Neil Tuna (again pick an alias) have cheated myself and agents over the years. (see my report fom 2005. Apparently they're still at it. I have a legal staff. Here's my suggestion let's pool our money and run ads in the same papers they advertise in warning other agents about them. Then let's file class action suit (this is now federal in nature) ie... cross state lines. We can not only bankrupt these guys but possibly put them behind bars. Anyone say RICO?

I am the original poster of this posting. Mark Sugarman is not a child molester or rapist this was just a retaliation to a misunderstood personal matter. Please disregard the entire posting as it is untrue. He worked for one of the aforementioned companies in the past does not own any of them and is a credible person. Please fell safe to do business with these companies and/or him as this was a huge misunderstanding and very regretted mistake. We apologize to the aforementioned companies, the people listed in the posting and the public in general for the misinformation.
