Annuity Markeing Service Neil Scott - Slaes Manager Be ware and don't bee folled by those unethical people. They take your money and never deliver San Diego, California

On the advice of an FMO I dealt with before, I contacted Neil Scott, who identified himself as the sales manager for AMS. We agreed on a contract to pay them $1,200. for setting me 30 guaranteed appointments with prospects who are looking to invest in annuity products. They emphasized the word guaranteed, verified, and all those buzz word which I follishly believed. I sent them the check for the whole amount (they refused credit card) the check was cashed on 2/21/12 and I was promised I will be getting 2-3 appointments a day 3 times a week. Waited 3 weeks nothing happened. Called N. Scott never returned my call. Called Mark, who was drunk most of the time and incoherent when he talked and his words did not make any sense. I send a letter to the address given and they never replied. I contacted the BBB in san Diego and filed a complaint. They couldn't do anything claiming that since AMS is not a member they cannot force them to do anything.

I recently contacted SD DA who asigned a detecive to the case since there was other compaints against the same entity. They found that the San Diego address is a P.O Box and also they found that the FBI is taking the lead since their criminal activities crossess the state border (they played same game in Florida). So far nothing materialized and I am hoping and waiting that the FBI may throw them in Jail and they may rott there.
