I have been in the insurance industry for 45 years, primarily annuities. We are all searching for leads and will pay to acquire them.I initially got involved with a Mark Sugarman who claimed to be the best in calling prospects to put you in front of prospects to review their current annuity programs. This man was braggadocio and arrogant and claimed to be one of the best at securing qualified appointments.

Mr. Sugarman said he worked with his sister to get appointments, but she was not as good as him. The only sell I got was secured by his sister.
Mr. Sugarman goes by several different named including Mark Howard. He generated several phony appointments. When he was not successful at getting appointments he would get angry and say you were greedy.
Mr. Sugarman's first company was changed to warmsolutionss.com run by Mark Howard who is Mark Sugarman. He told me that Mark Sugarman sold his company to him under false pretenses. I finally told Sugarman to forget the rest of the appointments and I wanted nothing more to do with his arrogance. Everytime I talked to him he mentioned getting a bonus when I made a sell. I did not make any sells.
Sugarman changes company names often to sucker in new blood. The new company is Annuitygoldmine. Now the new company is insurance marketing services

I contacted Mr. Neil because he sounded legal. I told him that I wanted no part of Sugarman and he told me he was not involved. I gave him a $1,000 under a bait and switch.
He gave the money to Sugarman and Sugarman knew who I was when he called me under Mark Howard. He took my money knowing that I wanted no part of him.
This is outright fraud and deception. When he called me as Mark Howard he disguised his voice and came off as humble and professional. I would have recognized Sugarman's bravado.

There are different remedies to resolve this and right now I am exploring several different options. I am 79 years old and this is the first time I have seen such ruthless deception. I am not the only one that has been scammed.
I will make you aware of the different options that I am pursuing. I have fallen on hard times and a $1,000 is tough to come by. I want to puke everytime I think of Sugarman lining his pocket with illegally accepting my money. He and Neil think they are above the law.
