I worked for ANP TRANSCRIPTION for 2 months. This company owes me 375.25 for the work I done for them. I have emailed several times asking for payment. I have been given emails saying my check was being mailed. I have received excuse after excuse.

I put a complaint in with the Department of Labor in New Jersey but apparently they can't help independent contractors. So in order to get money I have to file a small claims court lawsuit. I believe that they know this and that's why they don't care to pay!

I am warning all....Do NOT work for this company. They will not pay you and you will be left taking care of things legally, which most wont do. I have full intentions of seeing this out!
