ANSEYESERUM ANS INVESTMENTS LLC scamming consumers Castle Rock Colorado

   I saw an ad on TV for a skin cream and eye serum trial paying postage and handling.  I ordered using a credit card.  Product came, very small quanity.  10 days later my credit card was charged $174.87.  I filed a dispute with my bank and called "the company" to cancel any further shipments.

   Long story short:  What I have since learned after hours investivating this company.  The address on the webpage is a residence and they are NOT lisensed with the city of Castle Rock.  I have spoekn with the AG's office in Coloado, the Secretary of State, and the BBB.  They have a PO bos in Greenwood Village CO.  5994 So. Holly ST. #232 Greenwood Village, CO 90811. The phone number listed on their webpage will route to call centers all over the US.  There is no direct way to contact the company.  They are registered at a Foreign LLC and not Accredited with the BBB.  It shows the business as starting in May 2016.

    They are obviously not a legitimate business and are ripping off consumers for thousands, maybe even millions of dollars.  Anyone who has been ripped of/scammed by them should file complaints with the AG's consumer protection bureau in CO as well as the BB for the Denver area.
