ANSWERING SPECIALIST THEY DID NOT ANSWER OUR BUSINESS CALLS LIKE THEY WERE PAID TO DO! Internet

 Hired Answering Specialist to do what they claimed they do for business, and that is ANSWER OUR BUSINESS CALLS! They answered all our business calls within their 7-day trial. But Business's look out because after the "7-DAY TRIAL" They charge you for set fee and for the first month, which would be just fine..

                              If they actually answered the phone calls!!!. After they charged my business checking account the 8th-day I found out after 1-week later that clients and future clients were trying to call our company but "Not Only DiD They Not Answer The Calls" But there was no voice mail for them to leave a message!!! So I found out thru a client that has my personal number and told me that when you call the 1-800 number it just rings on n on! 

                                  I then checked my email and there was the proof! I had 26-missed calls for 7-days and clients were emailing me to try to get awholed of our company! After calling the 1-800 number myself and no one answered? I called Answering Specialist to ask them what is going on They had made me lose New Clients.. To my disbelief the Manager actually started to yell at me? He cused me out and told me that they were F*^% answering our calls, and told me if I didn't like the service to "F*^% cancel service in writting!

                         So I then emailed them back to cancel service, and then 2-months later they charged my business account twice?? This Company needs to be shut down ASAP! Instead of talking to their client and take care of the problem.. they curse you out and tell you to cancel.. TOTAL SCAM COMPANY.. Oh and by the way.. they wrote on here, people complained because they are in collection YA RIGHT! People complain because you get the money and scam them!
