AntennaDeals Inoperative prodicts and no support from this company Flint, Texas
*Author of original report: Got a response after sending email that I was contacting VISA and Texas Attorney General
*Consumer Comment: The BBB rates them "F"
I purchases the $57.95 dollar antenna from AntennaDeals in September. Installed it and the antenna would rotate, however, the amplifier was indicating a short and there was no signal reception on the TV. The instructions suggest to power it off/on to clear. This this did not fix the problem and the problem persisted even when just the amplifier was powered on with no cable attached. I emailed multiple times for support (the only option since the company does not publish a phone number) and got no response. Worst customer treatment I ever experienced.

After sending an email stating that I would contact VISA for a refund and the Texas Attorney General, I received a reply. The reply contained a suggestion that remedied my issue with the antenna.

and they post this notice on their site:
Additional Complaint InformationAccording to the company, it has indicated that it will not work to resolve customer disputes through the BBB. All mail sent to the Antenna Deals postal mailing address have been returned to BBB "Return to sender - REFUSED."
Hope you can work this out with them, but looks like they don't care.
