Anthony aka Tony Spatola with Cobalt-EDI Non-payment, Fraud, Bad-Checks Elk Grove Village Chicago

I worked for Tony Spatola in Las Vegas. He made me work a 26 hour shift, and then some. I was told I would be paid when the job was done and he then said he didnt have enough checks to pay us on site. He left Vegas and promised he would mail us checks. He did indeed mail checks, that were insufficient funds. He did this multiple times. So now I have money-tree pinning his fraud checks as a form of payment, against me. I am completely devastated as I have a son coming next month, and my fiance does not work. I am her provider. Work has been slow in construction,

so I took this job in good faith that this man would pay me. He has not only stopped communication in full with me. But he owes me $2800 of my manually labor cost, as well as $2100 he needs to pay back in lieu of the insufficient funds he told me to cash at money tree. I should have never went to money tree to cash my checks. Tony Spatola is a liar and a horrible business man. The more and more Ive looked in to him and his history, sadly have discovered my situation is not the first. What I want to know is how he is still in business. And when am I going to get my money. This is not fair to me. I dont deserve this!
