Anthony DeAugustine Avant Garde Property Management, VIM Residential, P and H Realty Homestead, P & H Realty, Inc. Dangerous, Slumlord, Careless and Unprofessional in every way Phoenix Arizona

I was a Victim of ongoing and escalating crime at one of the Properties he manages. He has lazy employees, who are drunk most the time. He allows crime to run rampid on the property and I even witnessed his maintence man partake in some of the crime, or look the other way while it was going down. He never answers the questions, he does an end run around them and tries to make the tenant look like they are at fault for their lack of responsabilty.

Careless doesn't even begin to descript his employees, dangerous is more like it. Look at BBB complaint, his employee forged a signiture on a money order, which is illgeal, and he Never addresses that point, he throws the potenial client under the bus, saying they were difficult. Anthony's Company changes names, when the chap hits the fan, which is what is going on with Avant Garde right now.

I am suing him and owner for my injury in court, FYI, Anthony waisted NO time throwing the Owner under the bus when I filed the lawsuit. Anthony looks out for Anthony, and if you question him, he threathens you. He threathened me,but I won't back down, no way, he's a useless bully and he's been caught with his pants down. He's going down for this one, he will not be able to re-emerge under another name, I have been in contact with AZ Attorney General, it's over for him and his band of thugs.
