I was totally ripped off on my loan, they charged many hidden fees, and didn't get me a fixed rate although I had been told I that was what I was getting ... Mr. Gamarra, the owner failed to mention that until we were in the final phase of the closing with the title company ... I fell for his BS ... due to my ignorance in these types of transactions.

Later I found out I should have had a fixed rate but he made an extra five thousand dollars for his deceptive way he handled my mortgage and by locking me into a variable rate mortgage at a higher interest rate than he quoted me. I would tell anyone considering to do business with him to look else where. He does not work in his clients best interests but in his own which will cost you several thousand dollars that you shouldn't be paying.

He is an expert at this, I learned from my situation that it pays to seek more than one mortgage lender and see what they come up with when they know there will be competitive bidding for your loan ... Just stay away from Sincerity Mortgage the only thing sincere about them, is they will sincerely take you to the cleaners without so much as a thank you!
