ANTHONY & SYLVAN POOLS POOL RENOVATION GONE BAD, BLACK DIRTY MARKS IN A "WHITE" POOL/NO FILTRATION IN NEW SYSTEM ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, Maryland

This spring Anthony & Sylvan charged me 12,600 to renovate my 22 year old pool, their salesman Tony assured me the new filtration system at a  extra 1200.00 would reduce my cost of chemicals by at least 60%, and the pool surface would be white with blue crystals running thru the surface.  Work was accomplished on time, but only after the full amount was paid up front, 1 day after the pool was refilled with 1000.00 of new water, ulgy black marks started showing up on the bottom of the pool, and the new filter clogged up with plaster as the resurface crew never capped all the drains and the chipped plaster went into all the drain holes, making it impossible to run the filter correctly, this condition only stopped after removeing 25 pounds of chipped plaster and 12 changes of DE material and 65 pounds of PH decrease to bring levels back to normal. The new filtration system does not put chorline into the pool and the 115.00 cartiage does not remove any of the metals or any other particials that it should, so my pool now costs me 4 times the expense for chemicals than it did before the non professional so called pool company of anthony & sylvan re did it, and my pool also looks very dirty with the black marks all over the bottom of the floor....over 50 phone calls and emails to the company have proved usless, the general manager allen walker did send pablo to look at the pool, but then he did not speak english and i do not speak spanish, so not much got done there,  eric schwatz was also sent  out to my home to "cut out" the filtration system, but he had no idea why he was doing that or even when or if he would bring it back or replace it at all, in his words, "i really don't know why i am here" then after another round of calls and emails a guy named terry schaffer came to my home with the quote " the buck stops with me" he agreeded with me about the black lines looking very bad  and dirty looking and he knew about the filtration system not working as he had one on his own pool and that "did not work either"...since the company of anthony & sylvan seem to no longer want to talk to me or help resolve their mistakes, i just wanted to let other people know what they could expect if they hired them to do pool work for them, i will be taking the company to court in a civil law suit to get my hard earned money back, so i can hire a reputable company to correct their mistakes......once again people do "not" do business with anthony & sylvan pool company, they are not what they say they are..........
