Anthony's Flower Farm I BOUGHT A SPRAY ARRANGEMENT FOR A FUNERAL AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ARRANGEMENT I PAID FOR. Internet

I ordered The White Promises Spray online from Anthony's Flower Farm for a funeral which was supposed to consist of white carnations, chrysanthemums and gladiolis (with gladiolis being the main flower I liked in the arrangement).  Come to my surprise I was quickly disappointed when I saw that they had replaced the gladiolis with daisies instead.  I was extremely pissed off because I felt that it was their job to call and ask me if that would be okay with me, not take it upon themselves and put whatever flower they felt like.  It's not even like they replaced it with a better quality flower, it was with ugly daisies that had yellow dots in the middle....that's not what I paid for!!!

This is what they claim in their substitution policy "We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa".  Then why were my gladiolis replaced with daisies? I called the very next day and the lady that answered the phone was the person that actually worked on my (spray) arrangement and she said that those were the only flowers they had that day.  So, I said to her that she was supposed to have called me to let me know what other flowers I would've liked...even if it meant I needed to pay more money or simply let me change to a different Spray/arrangement.

She apologized but that isn't good enough for me because the spray looked cheap and if that's what it would have looked like online I would have never bought it!!!  The lady said her boss would get back to me to work something out and I have yet to hear from him. They also claim they've been in business many years and that customer satisfaction is very important to them....I can tell that's why I'm still waiting...right? I will never buy from this website again....truly a disappointment.  They falsely advertise floral arrangements and then give the customer something else when they don't have the flowers you ordered. They also don't make an attempt to call the customer to inform them that the flowers they ordered are going to be changed....to flowers of less value.  Very unscrupulous establishment....and they don't deserve to be in business!!!
