On June 4, 2009, I took advantage of a "free offer" from Resveratrol, by ordering their supposed anti-aging product.  I was given a customer service number when I ordered 18669316793. When I ordered it I thought I asked all the right questions.  How long do I get to try this product?  If I don't want it when do I need  to cancel without being charged?  If I don't want it, do I need to mail the remainder of the product back?  This is what I was told: We will send a 30 day supply. A call to cancel must be received by 14 days if I don't want it because they are sending an "autoship" with the trial order.  No, there is no mailing back - keep the product even if you cancel.

I received the product on June 12, 2009 - 8 days later.  I used it every day as directed, couldn't tell one bit of difference so on June 22, 2009, I called and cancelled.

On June 18, 2009 they billed my credit card for $88.00.  The charge was on my July credit card statement which I didn't open until it was ready to pay mid-August.  I called them again August 11, 2009 and received no resolution.  My credit card company was notified but for some reason they were unable to get a refund for me, maybe because this company has an address in the United Kingdom.

I called them again after learning the credit card company couldn't help me and they said that I didn't cancel within the required amount of time because it was actually 14 days from the day they mailed the product to me-I didn't get 14 days to try this product, I got just over one week; plus, they said I didn't return the product.  Well, I didn't because they told me to KEEP IT.  AND lastly, they don't give any refunds after 30 days - what a surprise!

Now, I'm stuck with a worthless product that cost me $88.  Legitimate companies do not do business this way.
