Antioch Nissan Extremely unprofessional, rude ripodd Antioch California

I went to Antioch Nissan to look at purchasing a new vehicle. I orignally spoke with 2 different salesmen one evening and was only looking to gather some information. I was not happy with the service that they offered that evening I went there. I came back a second time with my husband so he could look at the car I was interested in. When we arrived a different salesman approached us and was helpful. We did not see the original salesmen that helped me the first time. We test drove the car with the new salesman, and then went inside to talk numbers.

After he did the evaluation on our trade in, we were not happy with what they offered, and walked out. As we were walking out we saw one of the salesmen that we spoke with the first time we were there. He was trying to get us back in the office to get our business, in the mean time the salesman that we were dealing with came back out and made us a better offer.

As we sat back down I'm guessing the original salesman went into the finance office and complained. They then paged the salesman we were dealing with into the office. The original salesman came to the table and starting working numbers. We were asking him what was going on and he couldn't give us an answer. I felt the whole thing was really unprofessional, rude, and childish. I feel sorry for the salesman we were dealing with originally the second night that was working numbers for us because he lost a sale.

After tonight I will never go to any of the Antioch dealerships as they are all owned by the same person and I do not feel they are worthy of my business.
