Antivir Solutions Pro Avir Charged me for a antivirus software that was virus Internet

This company is a rip off. It placed a virus on my computer. Antivir Solutions Pro appeared to be the solution to fix my computer. It is the ONLY thing I could do on my computer. It blocked everything else. This virus popped up saying that it would fix the problem if I bought the software. After everything else I knew failed, I stupidly gave it my credit card number. I was blocked from using the internet until I did this. Once I did it, my internet worked and I found out it was a scam. I disputed it with my credit card company and they just rebilled me for it now, 3 months later. I cannot find a contact number or email for this company. However, I don't think it fair for Capital One to charge me the fee either. I explained to them what happened and that it was a scam. All I want is my $49.95 back. I never actually downloaded whatever they said to download.
