DO NOT fall into the Antivirus 2009 Professional trap. ALSO allbilling.net and billingware.net should be ashamed of themselves for supporting a sham. This product sells itself to you by popping up on your computer screen telling you that you have multiple trogans or viruses, "download now or your computer may be harmed" etc. etc.

FIRST PROBLEM - if you go to buy this product, no matter what you select they will bill you for everything - the program as well as AlphaWipe Tracks Cleaner 2008 and the default premium support. I never selected any of that, I just purchased basic - they added that on AFTER they had my credit card number.

SECOND PROBLEM - the software you soon realize is a joke, non-existant, you can't scan with it, it does nothing but create problems when you try to remove it from your computer. In fact the Microsoft product - Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool (a free download) will pick up this program and call it a fake and recommend removal of it.

THIRD PROBLEM - good luck finding someone who's responsible for this mess! And that is why I'm lumping the (two that I found so far) credit card processing companies in with my complaint because they are a big part of the problem here. They are either taking instruction or are actually the same people.

FORTH PROBLEM - YOU HAVE TO MAKE DARN SURE THAT YOU DISCONTINUE THE MONTHLY BILLING FOR THE AUTOMATIC PREMIUM SUPPORT they claim to provide (I sent and email to the people who sent me the receipt, saying the software didn't work and I wanted my money back, but I never got an answer - $150 bucks CDN).

THESE CLOWNS - THE ANTI-VIRUS PEOPLE ALONG WITH THE CREDIT CARD BILLING COMPANIES NEED TO STOP THIS AND REFUND THE MONEY THEY'VE STOLEN FROM THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE!!!

POSSIBLE WAY TO RESOLVE: CALL 1-888-452-5868 FOR A REFUND

This is the number for the credit card processing company - you will get an answer if you wait on hold long enough. I spoke to a lady there who verified my purchase then agreed to reverse the charges.

I also called my credit card company (this may be slightly different for the US as I live in Canada) and they told me to go this route first (above) and that if it was unsuccessful, they would reverse the charges for me as goods/services (i.e. the software) was never received, but thier rule was, first the client needs to make an attempt to resolve the issue. The gentleman I spoke to was well versed on the topic and even asked me if I downloaded some software... clearly he was briefed on Antivirus 2009 Professional.

I will check on-line in a couple of days to see if the credit actually comes through on my credit card and update this report accordingly.
