We purchased the Globalstat TR-151 online through best buy market place.  Nowhere on the description did it say we had to have purchase a SIM card for this product.  We went back to the website and to stores to try to find a SIM card only to find out we have to have a text plan with a cell phone company.  We emailed them 2 days after the 30 days for the return policy and they said they would not honor the return on it because we where 2 days past the policy return.  We have called them emailed them and even tried to go to best buy to get a refund they will not give us one.  Of course they are an online company based out of Georgia so we have no rights in Iowa to take them to small claims court to get our money back.  Do not buy anything from best buy unless you can say that they will return it also do not buy anything from antonline.com ever as they will ripe you off.
