Antwerpen Hyundai

 

Hopefully you can help me since this situation has gone on for several months now without any resolution.  

 

I leased a Sonata at the end of December.  I could not get the windshield washers to work.  When I brought the car to the Hynudai dealer nearest my home the service technician said the following,

 

" FOUND GROUND FOR WASHER MOTOR CHEWED THROUGH BY SOME TYPE OF ANIMAL." 

 

I paid for repairs (see attached invoice) I called manager at Antwerpen Hyundai, provided him with invoice and he agreed that I would be reimbursed for this repair since damage was done prior to accepting the lease.


  


Since I have received NO reimbursement and I have received NO replies to my e-mails or phone calls I'm assuming that Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville will not honor the reimbursement.

 

 If this is the treatment I can expect after a sale or lease is completed I will assure you this is the last time I deal with Hyundai or Antwerpen.  I guess when Jack says Yes he means YES, stick it to the customer!!!!
