I joined this gym a year ago with the understanding it was a one year contract. Two months before I thought the contract would end I lost my job in May. When I called to ask if I could be removed from my contract two months earlier I was informed that it was a two year contract not a one year contract.

After four months of almost weekly phone calls and leaving messages I have yet to hear from the owner. Today I spoke with the same rude young person who sounds like a teenager and she informed me that she had not seen or heard from the owner in almost a month an no one has any idea when they will hear from him. She now refused to forward any messages from me to him. I am out of money with no hopes of getting a job and they continue to take $60 dollars out of an empty account and the bank is going to start charging $35 dollars INSF fees.
