We purchased Weathertech floor mats for our F150, and I had ordered the wrong part number. When they arrived, I called Anything Powersports and was told to re-order the correct mats, send the first set back and they would issue a credit for the incorrect set. But in the meantime, we paid for 2 sets of mats.
They provided a Return Authorization number, which I put on the box and shipped it to the adress they had given me in Jacksonville, FL. These floor mats are not inexpensive, but because they are made in USA, it would be worth it.
This was a year ago and after many calls and emails, we have still not received the credit for the returned floor mats.
I would not do business with Anything Powersports over the web, since they do not honor their return process.
