Purchased tickets through separate vendor for the musical Chicago. Paid double ticket price to guarantee getting center section (Zone A) up front "pit" seats. Normally $137 each, I paid $267 each. The receipt lists "Pit or Front Main Floor".

Received 1 FedEx envelope package 3 weeks ago from them, thinking it was the tickets, but no, it was a single sheet of paper saying that the "tickets are delayed and will come shortly".

By FedEx! - They had already emailed me that same paragraph the week before, but they sent a DUPLICATE by FedEx. Although the shipping total on the receipt is $15.00, there is an "Other Expenses" line that adds $106.80

Three days ago, I received another FedEx envelope from them, this one did contain the tickets. HOWEVER, these tickets are for the extreme side curtain seats (Zone 1W not Zone A that were purchased) that are priced at $68 a seat, tickets received were side curtain balcony with extreme viewing angle!

We are sincerely sorry you are unsatisfied. I think there is a bit of a misunderstanding here and we would like to clear it up for you.

First off your seats were in "Zone A".  There is no "Zone 1W", if you look at a map of the venue "1W" represents the door you are suppose to enter through to get to your seats. Your seats may have been farther over to the side and had a more extreme viewing angle than front and center but they were still in Zone A as described.

The $106.80 charge was clearly listed when you purchased the tickets and was not "snuck in there". We just want to make sure it is very clear to everyone reading this that we are very up front about all fees we charge. (This fee doesn't even go to us, they are transaction fees that go to the ticket exchange used to purchase the tickets and vary depending on where the seats were purchased.)

Regarding the FedEx notification. We do this as a benefit to our clients, sure it costs us extra money but we want to make sure our clients know they are important to us and we communicate with them at all times. You were not charged for this.

It pains us to see our company on this site. We work very hard give our customers the very best experience possible. We are not some fly-by-night company working out of a garage, we have over 25 employees and have been in the ticket business since the 1980's.  We are one of the largest and most trusted ticket brokers in America. There are some less than trustworthy ticket companies online, but we are not one of them. I assure you, we are one of the "good guys".

Again, we are sorry you were unsatisfied.
