Anywherehost.com keeps sending a bill for an account i closed back in December of 2031. I've sent multiple emails in referrence to their error to no avail. I'm a bit frustrated at this point and don't know what else to do. I would appreciate any advice.

I am sorry that you feel that you have been "ripped-off" because our billing system is sending you an invoice that you are being asked to pay. Asking a customer to voluntarily pay an invoice really goes against the nature of this site. We generally don't telephone customers with payment demands so you aren't being harassed. It really sounds like something that can be resolved by a telephone call. Unfortunately you did not indicate who you are, your website name, or how we may contact you.

We're sorry for any inconvenience that may have been caused. We invite you to telephone us toll-free at 877-863-4383 and a Customer Service Representative will look into why you are being asked to pay an invoice. Using your first name and the letter of your last name shown here I made an assumption of who you might be and if I am correct we have no emails or telephone calls from you. If you are replying to an invoice please note that they state that they are automatically generated and that you should not reply. We don't see replies to outbound addesses. I again sincerrely apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
