Everyone be aware of any fraudulent activities from Anywherehost Inc. They're also known as Alpha1hosting.com .

I've called up to cancel because my friend noticed the security certificate on their system wasn't registered. Something not right about that for hosting which is why it gave so many errors.

Instead of the usual "Hello how may I help you or let me guide you," the guy questioned if I am who I say I am, wondered whey I didn't call back when I had no messages at all on my phone, then tells me I'm putting my hands up in the air before anything. He was a real jerk. I was holding my temper over the phone.

I've finally found the form, filled it out and then typed that he needs to learn to be more hospitable like the other competitors and fix his security certificate. He replied this way as you can see below.

But you didn't even give us a chance and demanded a refund. You sound like a teen-ager. Learn some manners. I would never dream of hanging up on you or anyone else.

I'll be checking with my bank in the day to make sure nothing was taken out. I'm also checking if I have any viruses. A friend of mine helping me knows the last time all these errors happened and looked up everything, it wasn't a good thing. So I'm letting others know about what this co. does.

I've never had this type of experience with any host before. I've been through many hosts. This is not how you gain business.

Then he adds this to the account cancellation e-mail. He has the nerves to want me to apologize when I don't have a single message from him that he said he left? I've said it clearly that there were no messages. He doesn't take what I say as truth and I don't see why I should be doing business with such an incosiderate company.

Why should such a guy be in business? I bet you anything 100 people can go through this same set up and make it as similar as possible, he'll be the same way. There's no reason why I would want to cancel if I have got the proper service from the first phone call. It's not fun to go from host to host. But I'm going to stick to more professional ones which are usually going to cost more than $6/mo.

[Look at your cell phone for 626-205-4033 and when you find it twice you can apologize. Learn some manners. Learn some humility. Instead of asking for help you blamed. I have worked very, very hard to build this business and dont need teen-agers setting up a site giving me lips. Were done here. ]

Why have a spot for suggestions when he wants to have the last word in this way? If he's as good as he think he is, he wouldn't have to sound the way he does.
