Please do research online before ordering from ANZ Mart and I wish I would have done that.

I placed an order on 11/30/15 for something my fiance' asked for Christmas.  Now, I didn't have a paypal, so it stated on PayPal a debit/credit card could be entered, which I had entered and payment was taken out of my account on 12/2/15.

I went online 2 weeks ago and the order stated it was pending waiting on payment to process, but it had already came out of my account.  I went online last week and the order went from pending to processing.

I have emailed them repeatedly and called with nothing in return.  No emails, no phone calls.  When you call the phone number provided, a voicemail picks up, but nothing with the company name or anything. 

Again, please DO NOT order from this company.

ANZ Mart anzmart.com/ Bought item on 12/04/2015 and no word of the item status or shipment. at of 12/10/2015. Sent to emails and left a message on their so called customer service number listed on website but no response. Furthermore, address of company on file is a home residence, per google maps. Therefore, website is a scam and a fraud. Seems like they are just trying to try to steel money from who they can or wont complaint and request a refund. My mistake was I failed to review this company on the net before I made a purchase. Bottom line is, if it's too good to be true (price wise), then it was too good to be true! Los Angeles California
