on june 8th aol netmarket withdrew 79.99 from my account...i called them from the bank....the bank manager also spoke to them they reassured us the money would be returned in 3 days i talked to a lyretta.....the money never got returned ...i call them every other day...keep saying its going to be credited to my checking account....hasnt been....i also got hit with overdraft charges because im on a fixed income and couldnt cover the aol netmarket withdraw....i at no time subscribed to aol netmarket...they claimed my stepson did...only problem he hasnt lived with me for over 4 yrs and he never lived at this address...they claimed in april of this year he signed a card and returned it from this address ...a lie.....kathleen conner of aol netmarket said i wouldnt get a dime in overdraft charges...she said to sue them see if i would win...thought it was funny and shes a supervisor for them.....im going to sue alright.....someone needs to get a class action lawsuit together i would gladly join it....from the looks of it im not the only one....at no time did i ever give them my bank account number...they claimed he did but i just changed banks and i know he didnt know the number .....also my last name is differnet than his so how did they get it..... obviously aol gave it to them...it makes me sick they can do this over and over and they seem to be getting away with it.....they need to be stopped

IM THE ONE THAT FILED THIS REPORT...AFTER CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL.. AOL NETMARKET NOT ONLY RETURNED THE 79.99 BUT ALL THE BANK FEES AND EXTRA MONEY FOR THE INCONVIENCE PLUS I GOT 2 MONTHS FREE AOL...I WANTED TO THANK THEM FOR THIS..I FIGURED I WAS GOING TO HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING THIS BACK BUT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL STEPPED IN AND THEY RETURNED IT ALL...THANKS AGAIN
