I have been charged $89.99 for 3 years for auto advantage. I did not order this. I keep getting disconnected when I call to try to resolve this. They pass me from one department to another.

On 04/05/2005 I was charged $89.99 for etmarket? What is this? I have no clue.

Two years ago I moved, I had a DSL modem, AOL said I needed a new one at the new address. They charged me $100.00 and never sent me the new one. (that I supposedly needed) I have asked for my money back and they told me they would send me a modem and give me dsl for $14.95 a month for my inconvenience.

This was 4 months ago. No modem, no dsl, and still adding a extra $5.00 charge for dial up. I pay $29.95 for dial up, only so I can get booted all the time! Which they blame on my computer! HELP!

I do understand what nonsense you're facing. Just understand that AOL will continue to remain like this. Best hint to use AOL is to just minimize it and use IE. If you really want a good internet experience, get rid of AOL as I know there are just so many errors occuring in the software. It's completely horrible.

Secondly, why don't you try to give me your error message if any and I'll try to see if I can help you out.
