I have contacted AOL several times, however, the problem still exist. I have been on line for four months (4) and have been the first month was 1000 hours free or 45 days which ever came first. Thus leaving only three (3) months that I sould have been charged for, however, they have deducted six (6) payments from my checking account.

According to my math I have three (3) moths coming to me and they only want to allow one (1) month. Simple math says that if you pay for six (6) months and only have been on line for three (3) months then somebody owes me three (3) months service or they can refund me the three (3) months @ $23.90 that equals $71.70. I just want to get my account straight. Also, I would like a complete audit of my account sent to me.
