I started with the aol's free trial period but switched to netzero and cancelled aol before the trial period was up.

When I call aol to cancel, they tell me it will be cancelled but every moth I find it taken from my account.

Aol has been stealing money from my account for several months, and still continues to steal.

I would check to see if you may have another account that you are not aware of.
If you are calling and they keep telling you that the account is closed and yet you still see charges, it may be a possiblity that there is another account
