America on line Thiefs AOL ripoff business from hell Libia Internet

I am a former longterm member of American online service and I use to be please with the service until I decided to get rid of my computers and no longer needed a internet service provider. I called up the aol 1 800 number and went through the whole " We would like to give you 2 FREE MOUNTHS of service, If you chose to stay with us" B.S. and when I declined the free service ( after about an hour or so of explaining to them that with no computers, I had no need of service, Free or not, they agreed and told me I would no longer be billed for the service. This was all nice for about 2 months when I recieved a charge on my credit card for the amount 0f $57.80, I called AOL up to find out why and was told that they had no record of me canceling and also they claimed that they had not been able to bill my credit card and I now owed them over $80 for a returned check fee. I had my statment from the bank in front of me and gave them all the information ( about 30 times over ) I had the custumer help rep. Tell me that I was lying to her Because her records were not showing any payment. And she also said she would be happy to put in the canclation form for me that would take affect after a 2 month free service period if I payed them the amount of $78 dollars for the outstanding bill and return fee. Then she transfered me to the billing Agent who more or less told me the exact thing as the first Woman/ psyco hells beast,...Now they are still tryin to bill my acount and causing me to has insuffecent funds charge 3 or more times a month.
