Hello, I have a long story about AOL charging. My brother and I were living in NYC before, and we both had AOL to use internet. My brother canceled AOL and left NY 4years ago. And I canceled AOL and left NY 2 and half years ago. (We both canceled on the phone from same address) But AOL has been still charging us every month. (Our bank is in Japan.)

I'm still in the US, so my parents thought I was using AOL for years but I am not! Since then my parents complain about AOL charges every month when they receive bank statements(not much info on the statements), and I just tried to send e-mail to AOL about it for the first time. I just can't believe they have charged us for nothing for years.

I have never received any e-mails or letters from AOL since I canceled it. I don't know which name(me or my brother) or address is still in AOL account, but AOL takes money from my parents' bank. Those charges are around $30 and sometimes $100 a month(eg. last June).

Nobody is using AOL in my family. I just want to know how to stop it, and I'd like to have all information what AOL is charging us for.

Hello- If your or your family has tried to contact AOL for months and they wont do anything- then my opion is-- close the bank account they have on record and reopen a new one and that should end it!
