AOL, DECEPTIVE AND CHEAT COMPANY ripoff LONDON United Kingdom Internet

AOL America on line , is a deceptive, trick and unreliable internet provider company. AOL is a CHEAT company. They has been tricking me for several weeks. Their employees have been lying to me and denying my right of cancelling that bad server an get a new one.
Aol has no respect for their customer.

I had aol internet provider for more than 3 years , as a platinum plan, and as it did never work good, slow and bad + very expensive. Months ago l decided to move on to other company then when I contacted aol to cancel it l asked for a MAC code. I was told that my phone line could not have it and I had to wait 10 days to get my line cleaned up. So as P did not want stay with no internet for so longer I kept with aol. But as it as worsening day by day months later I decided to cancel it even as l had to stay with no internet for several days as it would be worth than keep having AOL.

So that I cancelled it on the 04/09/06 , 10 days after aol had not cleaned up my line. I kept calling them several time and complaining, on the 17/09 I was told by aol that my line was cleaned, however I could not get another provider it was seen that still there was a mark on my phone line, called LLU. Since then I am contacting aol several time a day and they keep saying that there is an incompatibility on my line that is BT who has to remove it. However I contacted BT whole sales on 0800 169 9576. They told me many time that this line belongs to AOL, as a share, so that BT can do nothing as it was aol who put this tag on the 12 of July.

I have written a letter to aol member service to the person called Jackie O'Leary, despite all I have got no replay neither my solicitation was attended.

I keep calling aol and they refuse to remove it, time to time they come with different answer.

So any one who is thinking to get aol find out a bit more about this company. Be very careful before getting its service. Had I done it I would not be having all this trouble and head ache now.
