I recived a letter dated 9-17-05 that a billing anomaly to my bank account was made and would be put back in my account. Guess what it was not done even after many many call's. In turn on 1-12-06 My bank account was CLOSED!!! Then you have the GAUL to make me write you (AOL) a letter to Billing & Operations before the money could be MAILED to my Adress. All because you say that it
has to billed back the way it was withdrawn. How can it be when You caused my BANK ACCOUNT to be Closed!
To this date 3-8-06 even after mailing said letter to you to recive MY MONEY!
I feel not only is this a RIROFF it's A BIG SCAM on your part AOL! Where The Money AOL? I'm waiting not only for response from you (AOL) but my money and an APOLOGIES from whom has made my life so bad for this!
