I recently traveled to Vail Colorado for a medical procedure and booked the flights through Expedia. The representative talked me into purchasing the travel insurance (Aon Affinity Berkley Travel for Stronebridge Casualty Insurance Company). It sounded good as she said if I missed a flight or it was cancelled it would protect me. Do not believe it! My flight was cancelled coming home and I had to pay additional travel expenses.
Aon Affinity is a total ripoff, they denied my claim based on a bogus explaination. I'm sure they deny any claim they can. This company is deceiptful and dishonest. Do not waste your time with travel insurance with Aon Affinity.
Take home message for those who might be considering the travel insurance offered through Expedia. Don't do it. Aon Affinity Berkley Travel for Stronebridge Casualty Insurance Company will gladly take your money and they rip you off.
