AON Affinity Insurance Does not make good on travel insurance claims Burlington Vermont

Purchased Travel Insurance from AON Affinity Insurance when I purchased two airline tickets online through Orbitz.  I had change the return flight on both tickets due to medical emergency while in Miami, FL.  I went to Miami, FL from Washington, DC to have surgery that only a few surgeons can perform in the US.  So when I arrived on Feb 27th at the hospital for surgery I was faced with a high blood pressure of 245/109 and my doctor decided to cancel the surgery.  So I immediately contacted the airlines American Airlines and they told me I had purchased insurance and to call AON.  Told me I still needed to purchased new tickets and even though I purchased insurance where the date could be changed without a fee the airline wanted to charge $500.00 to get us home so I could see a heart doctor in the DC area.

AON Affinity Insurance is a scam, I have been reading a lot of other customer complaints where they don't make good on claims that are filed for flight reimbursements.  I am now a victim as well and I won't keep quiet and will let others know so that won't get ripped off like I did.
