A&P AUTO & TRUCK SERVICES INC I BOUGHT A CAR WITH WARRANTY ON AN ENGINE OVERHAUL THAT THEY MADE FOR 12.000 OR A YEAR WARRANTY DATE JULY 17 2014 CORAL SPRINGS Florida

This guy have a big sign that said we honor all our warranties nationwide,i went to that shop because i bought a car and camewith an engine warranty for 12000 miles or one year what ever occur first ,the car only have 800 miles since the repair was made and i visit them on november and the engine overhaul was made in july 17 2014 , the engine has a knocking rod and a cylinder misfire i call them and they ask me to come by,when i was there the guy ask me for the warranty paper wich i provide it to him and he said he kept for an hour and after that he said that this warranty was for the previous owner and the document clearly states that is for the car he say he will not honor the warranty an here i am with broken engine a shop that does not honor their warranties.
