AP MEDICAL INC AKA TOTH TRANSCRIPTION ARTHUR TOTH & PAM TOTH SCAM ARTISTS! THEY DO NOT PAY! Internet

I signed on with this company on 3/31/11 and have not been paid one dime to date. I first called about a paycheck in May and was told by Art Toth that  the company holds the first paycheck which I responded to him by saying why wasn't that stated in his company criteria that was given to me in writing.  I never read any such thing and was never told that.  He insisted that they hold the first month.  Annoyed I continued typing for this company and on 6/5/11 I called to find out what the hold up was in my recieving my paycheck.  Each time I called, neither Art or Pam would answer their phones so I always had to leave a voice mail.  They also stopped answering their emails which virtually made it impossible to communicate with these people.  On 6/17/11 I stopped accepting work from them because of nonpayment of my services rendered.  I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voice messages and just recently sent a certified return receipt letter demanding payment for my services rendered.  I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and if I do not receive the money I am entitled to I will file a complaint against AP Medical Inc aka Toth Transcription in small claims court in Pennsylvania.  A costly lession learned for me but if there is anyone out there contemplating working for these people, please run the other way!  Check out their complaint blog as well. This seems to be their way of treating their transcriptionists!
