AP9 VALUEMAX And INTELIUS Credit Card Charge without approval from AP9 VALUEMAX Des Plaines Illinois

I checked my bank account and realized something had been charged that overdrafted my account. I know I hadn't over charged since this account is where I get my child support deposited. I called the number and it went thru an auto-mated service that said I was a member since August, it's now November! I checked each month and sure enough there were charges from this value max site each month of $19.95!

I spoke with someone that said I had signed up for the extra service when I used Intelius. I didn't sign up for anything! I did use Intelius in August to research a number my 14 year old daughter was calling in another state!!

I explained this to the manager and also read him the report that I found on Ripoff. He asked me what I wanted and said a full refund. He said he would refund all of the amount. It should post in a couple of days. We will see.
