Somehow this company obtained my Credit Card number and bill me $14.95 for something that I never ordered.

A call to the telephone number does not allow you to speak to a person live. Through a series of numbers allows you to get to a "cancellation" number whereby you are informed that your "subscription" has been cancelled, but no information on whether the charge to your credit card will be reversed.
